Your name in LED beside the menu board, sized to read from the queue. Keep it off the menu wall itself: people are reading prices and choosing there, and a bright sign in the same sightline slows that decision down rather than helping it.
Morning-trade window pieces

Three things worth getting right in a juice bar.
Respect the blender splash zone
Blenders, citrus presses and ice wells throw more liquid than people expect, and juice is acidic and sticky rather than just wet. Keep signage off the wall directly behind the prep line, or plan on wiping it daily. Indoor builds are not rated for a wash-down, and dried fruit acid on acrylic is far harder to remove than a splash caught the same day.
The drinks are the colour story
Your product is already vivid — pink, green and orange in a clear cup. A strongly tinted sign directly over the pickup counter tints the drinks in every customer photo, and a green smoothie under magenta neon photographs brown. Save saturated colour for a feature wall and keep warm or neutral white where cups are handed over.
Clean it with water, nothing else
The alcohol and citrus-based cleaners that live behind a juice counter will haze an acrylic face permanently, and the damage is cumulative rather than immediate. A damp microfibre cloth is the whole maintenance routine. Tell staff once, at install, rather than after the panel has gone cloudy.

What size sign works behind a juice bar counter?
Most counter pieces land between 24 and 36 inches wide. The constraint is not the wall, it is the cup — a raised drink and a hand block around six inches of whatever sits behind them, so lettering set wide reads in photos where a tall stacked design does not. Send a photo of the hand-off point and we will scale against it.
Will a sign survive next to blenders and ice?
Yes, if it is not on the wall directly behind the prep line. LED neon runs cool and low-voltage, so heat is not the issue — acidic juice splash is. Mounted clear of the immediate splash zone, the maintenance is a damp microfibre cloth. These are indoor builds and are not rated for a direct wash-down.
Our busiest hours are in daylight. Will the sign still read?
It will if it is specified for that. Morning trade means the sign competes with the sky rather than with a dim room, so window and front-of-house pieces get heavier strokes and saturated colour instead of the thin pastel script that photographs well at night. Tell us the piece is for daytime trade and we spec it that way.
