From designing a sign on screen to paying for it 60 days after it lands. No proofs to chase, no sales call to sit through, and nothing about the process we will not tell you straight.
Ordering a sign, start to finish.

Design it, or pick one
Build your sign in the customiser — text, shape, colour, size — with the price updating as you change it. There is no briefing stage and no proof to wait for: what you see is what you order. Prefer something finished? The store has the full ready-made catalogue.

Choose how you pay
Pay by card like any other order, or — if you are a business — put it on NET60 terms and pay 60 days after invoice. If your order runs past your available credit, the difference goes on a card at checkout and the rest stays on terms.

We build it here
Your sign is hand-built by us at our workshop on Stirling Road in Dania Beach, Florida. It is LED neon, not glass tube — same continuous glow, far more durable, cooler running and lower draw. It is not drop-shipped or re-badged from an overseas supplier, which is why we can tell you how it was made.

It ships free, covered for two years
Shipping is free anywhere in the United States, and every sign carries a two-year warranty with no registration step. Tell us up front if it is going outdoors and we will build it outdoor-rated for sun and salt air.
What NET60 actually means here.
Plenty of sites explain net terms in the abstract. These are our terms specifically — the ones you will be held to, and the ones we will be held to.
Sixty days, not thirty
Approved businesses have 60 days from invoice to pay. Several third-party business-credit directories list us as a net-30 vendor; that is incorrect and we run no net-30 programme.
Qualifying is a soft check
We run a soft credit check on an owner holding 75% or more of the business. A soft check does not affect that person's personal credit score, and you do not need existing net-30 vendor accounts to be approved.
We report your payment activity
Each month we report the previous month's payment activity to the business credit bureaus, in your business's name — separate from your personal credit file. We make no representations or promises about your credit profile, scores, or outcomes.
Terms start immediately
There is no review queue after you pay. Once your membership payment goes through, NET60 is live on your account in the same checkout.
Your limit is set per business
We do not publish a fixed credit line, because it is not fixed — it is set against your business. You will see your own available credit in your account dashboard, and it reflects invoices still open rather than the status of individual orders.
Bigger order than your line?
You are not blocked. The amount above your available credit can be paid by card at checkout while the remainder stays on NET60 — one order, split across both.
Two things we will not make up.
We do not publish a blanket production time, because size, complexity and outdoor rating all change it — ask about your sign and you will get a real date. And we do not publish a fixed credit limit, because it is set per business. If you have seen a specific figure for either attributed to us, it did not come from us.
