Three things worth getting right in an office.
Colour-match, do not colour-guess
Brand colours are the whole point of an office sign, and "close enough" reads as off-brand under LED. Send the hex or Pantone reference with your artwork — we match to it rather than picking the nearest stock colour.
Behind a desk means behind a camera
If the sign sits in a video-call frame, it wants to be off to one side and dimmed. Placed directly behind a head it becomes a halo, and most webcams will expose for the sign and leave the person in silhouette.
