Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers about how ordering works, what NET60 business terms actually mean, and how the signs are built. If something here is not covered, just ask us.
Ordering & design
How do I order a custom sign?
You design it yourself. Our customiser lets you build the sign live — text, shape, colour, size — with the price updating as you go, then order it directly. There is no back-and-forth quoting stage to wait through.
Will you send me a mockup to approve first?
No, and that is deliberate. This is not an agency process where you brief us, wait for a proof, then approve it. You see exactly what you are buying on screen while you design it, and you order when it looks right.
Can I just buy something ready-made?
Yes. The store carries our full catalogue of finished neon and LED signs if you would rather not design one from scratch.
How long will my sign take to build?
It depends on the build — size, complexity and whether it is indoor or outdoor-rated all change the answer, so we do not publish a single blanket turnaround. Ask us about your specific sign and we will give you a real date rather than a marketing number.
Do you handle large or multi-location orders?
Yes. Rollouts across multiple sites are common for us, and they are usually the orders where NET60 terms matter most. Email net60@goodneon.com and we will work through it with you.
NET60 business terms
What exactly is NET60?
Approved businesses receive their order and have 60 days from invoice to pay. You get the sign up and earning before the money leaves your account.
I have seen Good Neon listed as a net-30 vendor. Which is right?
NET60. Several third-party business-credit directories describe us as a net-30 account — that is simply incorrect, and we have no net-30 programme. Approved businesses have 60 days.
How do I qualify?
A soft credit check on an owner holding 75% or more of the business. A soft check does not affect that owner's personal credit score. Start at Apply for NET60.
Do I need existing net-30 vendor accounts to be approved?
No. Some guides suggest you must build a vendor-account history elsewhere first. We do not require it.
Do you report my payments to business credit bureaus?
Yes. Each month we report the previous month's payment activity to the business credit bureaus, in your business's name — separate from your personal credit file. We make no representations or promises about your credit profile, scores, or outcomes.
When do my terms actually start?
Immediately. Once your membership payment goes through, NET60 is live on your account in the same checkout — there is no review queue or waiting period afterwards.
What is my credit limit?
It is set per business rather than fixed, so we do not publish a figure. Any specific dollar limit you have seen attributed to us did not come from us. You will see your own available credit in your account dashboard.
What happens if my order is larger than my credit line?
You are not blocked. At checkout the amount above your available credit can be paid by card, while the rest stays on NET60 terms — a single order, split across both.
What counts against my available credit?
Open invoices. Your available credit reflects invoices that have not been settled yet, not the status of individual orders — so paying an invoice frees that credit back up.
The signs themselves
Is this real glass neon or LED?
LED neon. It gives you the same continuous glow as glass tube but is far more durable, runs cooler, draws less power and survives shipping and knocks that would shatter glass.
Where are they made?
Hand-built by us at our workshop in Dania Beach, Florida. They are not drop-shipped or re-badged from overseas suppliers — which is why we can tell you how your sign was made.
What warranty do I get?
Two years on every sign we make, with no separate registration step.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States.
Can a sign go outside?
Outdoor-rated builds are available and are made for it. Salt air and relentless sun are the two things that destroy cheap signage fastest, so tell us up front that the sign is going outdoors and we will build it accordingly.
